Description of Winter Softball Camp

Join us in sunny, beautiful Altamonte Springs, Florida (10 miles north of the vacation "hot-spot", Orlando) for the year 2004 Adult Winter Softball Camp. Softball Winter Camp XIV will be held from February 4th to Feb. 8th, 2004. The five day long event includes a Get Acquainted Party, daily stretching

exercises led by our specially selected & certified aerobics instructor, batting and field practices, eight umpired games, a mini tournament, and our fun-filled player awards banquet on Sunday evening, Feb. 8th.


	In addition, all participants will receive daily lunches, a personalized Team Shirt, a Winter Camp XIV Cap and a set of Camp Instructions explaining how the program operates.


	The Camp emphasis is similar to baseball's spring training, with teams being assigned players and players wearing the color coded Team Shirt and caps.



		Ages and skill levels vary, the belief being that one is "never too old for softball."


	Although the impressive facilities where Winter Camp is held is home to the Senior World Series, our Softball Winter Camp is not an exclusive, all-star, tournament atmosphere. Rather, it is an opportunity for lovers of softball, as well as those who always wanted to play the game, to gather and recapture their youth.



	Men of all ages and abilities participate in Softball Winter Camp. Many return year after year.

		Throughout the five day period players and their families can take advantage of special rates on nearby golfing or tennis, or join us in numerous other fun-filled events.



There is a fully equipped Bally's Spa, located five minutes from the hotel, where Camp participants and their families can enjoy full privileges.


	Also included are discounts on local attractions in the Orlando area. There's adventure and fun for every member of the family!

	All Softball Winter Camp participants receive a special hotel rate which includes five days and five nights at the Holiday Inn.




	In the evenings, join us in the lounge for nightly entertainment, enjoy swimming in the Olympic-sized swimming pool, work out in the Nautilus rooms, soak those tired muscles at Bally's Spa or check out the local night life.
